Weekly Update #1

So this first week had an interesting start. Ran well through the week with consumption ( i think ) and now I am pushing into my second week.

40 in 60 Challenge : Take III

On the mark…

October 5th…. the start of the third attempt of the 40 in 60 challenge for myself. I feel that this time, I will have it down. I have a ton of support from friends and family, and my entire life situation has radically changed from what it was months ago.

As a reminder, the goal is not to necessarily lose 40 pounds in 60 days, because in fact, chances of that happening, when I am focusing on weight training and flexibility may cause a heavy gain in muscle weight, though my other aspects will size down. In addition, most doctor’s would never recommend such a decrease, so play it safe!

Over the course of several years i’ve attempted diets, and i’ve attempted exercise regimens, but to no lasting effect. The drive to continue them wasn’t there, or something was always getting in my way. Read more
